We grew these two varieties as a trial this year. We have grown many dozens if not a hundred different varieties of lettuce over the years, constantly tweaking our variety mix to select for growth habit, disease resistance and flavor among other features.
Despite their names, these two varieties are among the most tender and sweetest lettuces I have ever tasted!
