The beet tops on our current batch of beets aren't big enough (but the beets are huge) to bunch and so we've topped them and now offer them in 1 quart baskets. It's a downer if you like the leaves as we do, but it's a blessing if you like more beet roots for your money because we stuff these quarts with lots of beets as opposed to when they're bunched.
