Celery is a bit tricky to grow but so incredibly worth the effort. Who knew that celery could be more than just crunchy water! If you've never had local, organic, soil grown celery, you'll have a hard time going back to store bought celery. Be sure to use the leaves in salads or just store the trimmings in a ziplock bag in the freezer for the next time you make a soup or stock.
Our last bed of celery is on the small side, so you'll receive 3 to 4 of them.
