Fresh Bay Laurel leaves. We like to harvest our bay leaves fresh. They will dry on their own for long term storage, just leave the clamshell open and toss once a day for a few days to dry. We like to offer them fresh because the flavor and aroma are a unique delicacy that is hard to come by and once you use them, it's hard to go back to store bought as it is with just about everything locally grown.
