Incredibly sweet bunch of red beets with gorgeous tops! These are some of the healthiest beet greens we've grown, so don't let them go to waste! They're great sautéd in olive oil, minced garlic (can use fresh garlic or scapes too) alone or along with Swiss Chard. We like to finish ours with a drizzle of apple cider vinegar.
