Bay Laurel is an attractive ornamental shrub and deserves to be a staple in every chef's garden. It is well adapted to serve as a houseplant, as well as outdoors and is hardy to zone 8. It's dark-green leaves are exceptionally fragrant and can be used fresh as well as dried.
